On December 5, 2007 the Los Angeles City Council returned the Electric Rate Restructuring Proposal to the Board of Water and Power Commissioners requesting LADWP to “develop a power rate restructuring formula that charges ratepayers throughout the City on an equitable basis regardless of the region of the City that they reside or conduct business in”.  In consideration of the City Council’s request, LADWP will present a modified package for information only to its Board on April 15, 2008.
